2017 High School State Meet Recap

Wisconsin State Meet at Mt. La Crosse, WI

On behalf of the Holy Hill Race Team, we wanted to congratulate everyone on a fantastic job at the state competition this past weekend.  Despite the conditions, our athletes performed quite well and we are very proud of them all.

Congrats to the Girls 1st place Overall winner for all three events, Danielle Slyvester who took a 2nd place in Super G, 5th place in SL and 7th place in GS.  Other notables in the overall standings, 7th place overall - Katie Tooher who took 14th place in Super G, 13th place in SL and 6th place in GS.  12th place overall – Anna Deubel taking 3rd place in Super G, 2nd place in SL and 47th place in GS.  16th place overall – Charlotte Doering taking 19th place in Super G, 23rd place in SL and 14th place in GS.  19th place overall – Martha Daniels taking 35th place in Super G, 17th place in SL and 19th place in GS.  This would round out the top 20 overall standings.

Boys notables for overall placing are as follows, 6th place overall -  JP Friend taking 9th place in GS, 5th place in Super G and 8th place in SL.  8th place overall – Connor Krause taking 16th place in GS, 13th place in GS and 3rd place in SL.  9th place overall – Brady Carlson taking 11th place in GS, 17th place in Super G and 9th place in SL.  10th place overall – Christian Spencer taking 8th place in GS, 16th place in Super G and 14th place in SL.  This would round out the Top 10 overall standings.

Lastly, we would like to congratulate those athletes who have the opportunity to compete at the Eastern High School Nationals to be held March 11th and 12th at Attitash Mt., NH.
